Director’s shareholding

Elektron announces that, further to the recent issue of scrip dividend shares offered in lieu of cash in respect of the final dividend for the year ended 31 January 2011, its Chairman, Keith Daley, received 32,161 new ordinary shares. Following this issue of new shares in Elektron, Keith Daley now holds a total of 8,139,594 ordinary shares, which represents 7.64% of the Company’s issued share capital.
